Finally i m a blogger 2 ... yay !!

I wanted my first blog to be real special .. it cldnt hv been a better choice than the one i hv decided to share ! There are a lot of first times , thts associated wit it !!

THE HISTORY -My first road trip to OOTY , my first weekend gateaway , my first time to masinagudi , my first time away wit 2 of my dearest people .

To the rest of my world emanating my weekend experience of feb 16th and 17th .......

It was another magical moment to enjoy life .

A special time to travel .

Time to check out our Indian roads .

A time to travel and plan a very special trip to Ooty !!

Some roads are rough and rocky

Some very narrow to get through

But however the road was..we

were hopin it wld be worth the travel .

As we travel down this long and winding road

Some of us are burdened with a heavy load

This load we bear is material things you see(clothes fud n h20)

It’s a miracle to see when you travel

The exciting terrain across the land

Sprouting up from nowhere like statues

Brilliant rock from Mother Nature’s hand

Riding thru these streets

meeting crossroads ,wondering

whether v r taking the right road , asking for directions

will we venture into the curves and bumps carved into the foundation formed from years of repetitive travel

I am not the only one who travels these roads

passing by with tears in their eyes are ones who travel with zest and vigor

to find that glimpse of happiness and insanity in for

which they full throttle to 100kmph

Hoping to reach their destination on time

As a pillion rider ...,There I was looking south and looking right

With my magical digital camera by my side

And if God is willing and no speed breakers on the rise

Will find magic moments to share with pride .

As we glide throu the Bandipur and Mudhumalai

I feel like I'm a feather dancing in the air

My tresses flow behind me as if they have no care

I free-fall through the centuries, the aged times of old

I tremble with the breezes breath I fancy feeling bold

Adriot by sight ,we see a herd of elephants ,

as luck prevailed more animals and birds we spot

Deer , Panther , wild boars and the colorful peacocks !!

the sun beats down in the baneful rays i drown

We travel on restlessly making our way aimlessly

just onward, to ooty we stopover at masinagudi.

a cabin in the woods for the night it ll be our home

tired as we are , food n rest is all we seek

my tired eyes fall to the horizon

there, a cold fire is blazon

Alas a late realisation dawns us, our wallets empty and currecy emergency !!

a hunt for atm begins ..,admist the forest our chances are desolate and bleak

after a hearty lunch a drive throu forest 30kms afar for a nearest atm u see!

The ride bk gets chillier , fingers freese plus a free night safari on bikes how lucky are we .

Ample sleep i wake to the smell of hot coffee,open my eyes

i m captivated by the breath taking view of nilgris !

Its noon n time for us to leave , we make our way to kalatti ghats

Awesome treat for any biker wit 36 hairpin bends

the most sexiest roads i have ever been on .

closer to the peak is honeymoon destination Ooty !

u can smell fresh greens and feel the chill of being 1250 ft abv sea level

Panoramic view kept us all spell bound !

now i know y the Britishers loved our country so much and were astound !!

This spring-summer my weekend gateaway was dotted

With rock and mother nature so magnificently strong

The color that continues to amaze me

Snapping pictures as I travel along

I hope to have many such adventures
